Owen K. Kunzman, age 71, of Elizabeth , passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at Jefferson Hospital. He was a retired plaster and drywall finisher. He was a social member of the Elizabeth and Blaine Hill volunteer fire companies, and enjoyed pool, golf and fishing. Born February 17, 1952 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Edward P. Kunzman Sr. and the late Mae (Delmer) Kunzman. He is survived by his companion with whom he resided, Victoria Rothey; and extended family, Victoria (James) Williams of Jefferson Hills, Grace Ann Williams, Sylvia Marie Williams, James Christian Williams and Jackson Robert Williams. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Robert C. Rothey Jr. No visitation or services are planned. Memorial contributions may be made to his family. Arrangements by the Paul E.
