Emma Jean “Bugga” Ackerman, age 52, of McKeesport, died on Monday, April 10, 2023. She was born in McKeesport on March 27, 1971 and is the daughter of Roy Warman of McKeesport and the late Lena McGarrity Warman.
Emma was a graduate of Elizabeth Forward Highschool. She was employed at Farkas Manor and McKeesport Area School District as a cook and server and at Four Seasons Dry Cleaners as a clothes presser. She is survived by her husband, Allen W. Ackerman; daughter, Dominque Ackerman of McKeesport; grandson, Logan Ackerman of McKeesport; sisters, Mary Benton of Greenock; Donna (PD) Ackerman of McKeesport; Tammy Chisco of McKeesport; brothers, David Egenlauf of Upper St. Clair; Paul Egenlauf of East McKeesport; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her mother, Emma was preceded in death by her son, Dylon Ackerman; and siblings, Thomas “Nick” Warman; Herman Egenlauf; Gary Egenlauf; Ronald Egenlauf; Paula Radge; and Anna Egenlauf.
