Elizabeth C. “Betty” Krasman, age 95, of West Mifflin, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023, in St. Clair Hospital. Born in Duquesne on September 7, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Krasman and Mary Gabrielcik Krasman. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was predeceased by sisters and brothers, Anna (late Earl) Oyler Mary Krasman, Frances Krasman, Andrew (late Louise) Krasman, Albert (late Ethel, late Bernadine) Krasman, John (late Montrue) Krasman, William (late Helen) Krasman, Daniel Krasman and Theodore “Ozzie” Krasman. After 35 years of service, she retired from U.S. Steel-Homestead Works, in the Secretarial Unit. Betty was member of Holy Trinity Church, West Mifflin, of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish. She enjoyed playing golf, bowling, going out to dinner and watching the Steelers and Pro Golfers. She is survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 10:00 AM, in Holy Trinity Church, West Mifflin, with Rev. Daniel D'Antonio, officiating. Visitation with the family will take place in Church, prior to the Mass, from 9:30-10:00 AM. Burial will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, West Mifflin. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
