Helen Rosalia Berry, of McKeesport, PA, died on her 100th birthday on October 5, 2023. She was born in Munhall, PA on October 5, 1923 and is the daughter of the late John and Helen Fazekas Grega and the wife of the late Martin J. Berry. Helen was a devout Catholic who was member of the former St. Pius Roman Catholic Church in McKeesport, now Mary, Mother of God Parish. She was very crafty, loved to knit, and was an Avon lady for many years. She was also the owner of the former Betty Ann’s Hair Salon in Duquesne, where she was a Beauty Operator.

She is survived by her children, Martin (Valerie) Berry of Titusville, FL; Helen (the late Robert) Trent of Venetia, PA; Eileen (Steve) Lelich of New Stanton, PA; grandchildren, Brian (Heather) Berry; Kristen Berry; Jessica (Evan) Schoss; Zachary (Anicia) Lelich; Robert Earl Trent; Erin (John) Rattenni; Ryan (Susan) Trent; great-grandchildren, Chloe; Tayden; Ethan; Kiera; Emmitt; Adriauna; Liam; Reese; Angeliz; Jian; Roman; Brodi; and great-great grandchildren, Jameson; and Wyatt; and one brother, William Grega of Gibsonia, PA.

In addition to her parents and spouse, Helen was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Madison Lelich; and sister, Elizabeth Zanetti.

Family and friends will gather on Monday, October 9, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Noon at Mary, Mother of God Parish, St. Angela Merici Church, 1640 Fawcett Avenue, White Oak, PA 15131. Burial will follow at Round Hill Cemetery.
