Richard G. Proctor, 76, of Rillton died October 30, 2023 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. He was born April 19, 1947 in Pittsburgh, Pa., a son of the late Mason and Elsie Bowers Proctor. Prior to his retirement Rich was the bank manager for First National Bank of Herminie. He was a member of Circleville Methodist Church where he served as the treasurer. He was a graduate of Norwin High School and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Rich served in the United States Air Force. He is survived by his beloved wife Carol Weitzel Proctor; son, Jason and his wife, Julie; daughter, Kelli Maryanski; 5 grandchildren, Kiera, Kaetlyn, Austin, Tyler, Kathryn; nephews, Tim, Adam, Cole, Jake, Noah and Bryce; nieces, Kristin, Maureen, Christina, Abbey and  Anna. Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon on Friday from 2-4, 6-8 p.m. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
