Cheryl Ann Puglin, age 66, of Port Vue, died on Saturday, December 2, 2023. She was born in Uniontown on February 13, 1957 and is the daughter of the late Robert and Betty Elizabeth Roberts Flanigan. Cheryl was an owner/operator alongside her father at the snack bar at Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory in West Mifflin for over 20 years. Her favorite pastime was bowling, and she was a longtime member of the Blind Bowlers Association. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Shawn Ellis of McKeesport; Eric Ellis of McKeesport; Tracy (Jeff) Renk of Upper St. Clair; grandchildren, Carter Renk and Brooke Renk; and stepmother, Louise Deweese Flanigan of Butler.
In addition to her parents, Cheryl was preceded in death by her sister, Arnadale (the late Dennis) Spellman.
