Betty Lou Gossar, 93 of North Huntingdon died December 17, 2023 at William Penn Center in Jeannette. She was born February 21, 1930 in Wilkinsburg. Prior to her retirement, was employed as a Registered Nurse at Wilkinsburg and Columbia Hospital, which later became Forbes, where she served as a patient care coordinator. She enjoyed dancing and spending time with her grandchildren, was a member of Circleville Global Methodist Church and Eastern Star. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Donald. She is survived by her son Donald Gossar (Lori), daughter Cynthia Lee Barr (David), grandchildren Ian Barr (Loren), and Devon Vaia (Mark) and Zoe Gossar, and great grandchildren Jade and Jaxon. Services will be private. Interment in Restland Memorial Park. James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike in charge of arrangements. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com.
