Loretta Peters, age 89 of North Huntingdon, passed away on February 26, 2024 at her home alongside her beloved husband William. She was born on July 15, 1934 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Frank and Helen Szajna Dulnikowski.  Prior to her retirement, Loretta was employed as a traveling Marketing Representative for Hallmark, and curated extensive collections of ornaments for all of her grandchildren. She also worked as a Secretary for G.C. Murphy's in McKeesport. She was a member of New Hope Church. Loretta loved reading ( most especially cookbooks), line dancing and polka dancing at the SNPJ with her husband William. She was a self-proclaimed fashionista and enjoyed anything sparkly.   Loretta was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Dulnikowski, Jr. She is survived by  three children, Charisse Peters, Holly Wrote (Robert), and Brian Peters (Cheryl),  grandchildren Maria (Josh) McIntyre, Olivia Kegg (John Fedorek), Julia Kegg (Nolan Wolfe), Alexander Wrote, Adam Wrote, Evan Wrote, Jackson Wrote, and Joshua Peters.  Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon PA, on Friday from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. A funeral service will take place in New Hope Church in North Huntingdon on Saturday at 11 A.M. PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE CHURCH. Interment will follow in Irwin Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to New Hope Church. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com
