William “Bill” M. Cipkala, age 59, of North Huntingdon, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016. He was born October 29, 1957 in Homestead, the son of the Late William G. and Martha (Seals) Cipkala. He is survived by his wife of over 30 years Yu I “Jennifer” (Lin) Cipkala and sister Janice Rosenberg of Harrisburg.
