Maria Julieanna Nemeth, age 85, of Port Vue, PA died on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. She was born in Budapest, Hungary on December 12, 1938 and is the daughter of the late Zoltan and Cornellia Nellie Nagy Tomcsanyi. Maria was the wife of the late Geza Nemeth.

She is survived by her children, Elizabeth (Richard) Wassil of Port Vue; Robert (Phylis) Nemeth of Brandon, MS; Mark (Ashley) Nemeth of Port Vue; grandchildren, Maria Dworek; Devon Nemeth; Samantha Nemeth; Casey Nemeth; Brandon Nemeth; Christopher Petro; siblings, Steve Tomcsanyi of Budapest, Hungary; Geza Tomcsanyi of Budapest, Hungary; Kathy Tomcsanyi of Budapest, Hungary; and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service took place on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Calvary Cemetery, 510 Dersam Street, Port Vue, PA 15133. Arrangements are being handled by Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).
