Elmer G. “Boots” Kiraly, age 71 of Port Vue, died on Friday, November 25, 2016.  He was born in Hays on Dec. 6, 1944 and is the son of the late Elmer J. and Eleanor Kramer Kiraly.  He was employed at Copperweld in Glassport until he retired.  Elmer was a former volunteer fireman for Port Vue and was a co-founder of “Gerela’s Gorillas.”  He was very devoted to his daughters and grandchildren.

He is survived by his daughters, Audra (Frank) Corente of Port Vue and Amanda (Aaron) King of Elizabeth; grandchildren, Brittany Gouker, Salvatore and Talia Corente, Madeline, Elizabeth and Aarison King; great-grandson, Mason Gouker; sister, Patricia (Elmer) Dominick; niece, Cynthia (Joe) Parzuhoski; and his ex-wife, Loretta Stegman of Elizabeth.

Friends will be received at Hunter-Edmundson-Striffler Funeral Home, 600 Market St., McKeesport, PA 15132 (412) 678-6191 on Tuesday, Nov. 29th from 5:30-7:30 pm.  Services will follow at 7:30 pm at the funeral home chapel with Rev.
