Joseph Lucarelli Jr. passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at the age of 72. He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife of 40 years Marilyn. He was the adored father of Daneen (Rick) Peremba of South Park and Melissa (Mark) Matesich of Arizona. Adored Pappy of Courtney McNeal, Aaron (Monica) Peremba and Shane Peremba and great grandson, Hanson.

Joe is also survived by his sisters Bernie (late Bobby) Marcoz and twin sister Mildred “Dee” (late Guy) DiMatteo.  Proceeded in passing by parents Joseph and Mildred (Vuic) Lucarelli and sister Marilyn “Chubby” Lucarelli.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and all who loved Joe.

Joe most enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren, going to the casino, playing cards, and of course Steeler Football. Joe had a very special place in his heart for his two dogs “kids” Mya and Chloe. Joe attracted everyone with his smile, outgoing personality, and witt. “To know Joe was to love him.”

Family and friends are welcome in the Alfieri Funeral Home Inc. 201 Marguerite Ave Wilmerding Pa on Saturday (October 19th) from 9:00 am until 10:15 am. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11am at St. Colman Church of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Turtle Creek. Joe will be laid to rest at Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery, Monroeville.
