Marie L. Daczkowski, age 86 of Elizabeth Twp., passed away at home on Wednesday, November 30, 2016. Born December 10, 1929 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Martin and Tillie Bishop.

A member of Corpus Christi Parish and its Christian Mothers Association, Marie will be remember by her family as a very loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is the wife of 64 years of Bernard Daczkowski; the mother of Vickie (William) Tomco of White Oak, Debbie (Scott) Campbell of Forward Twp., David Daczkowski of Elizabeth Twp., and Robin (Don) Super of Cortland Ohio; grandmother of nine; great-grandmother of five; and is also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, 4504 Walnut St., Versailles Borough, McKeesport, PA 15132 (412-678-3454) on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 9 AM in St. Michael's Parish, Elizabeth Twp., with Fr. Thomas A. Wagner officiating. Procession and entombment will follow to St. Joseph's Cemetery, North Versailles. In lieu of flowers, Marie's family asks that memorial donations be made to Family Hospice, 50 Moffet St., Pittsburgh, PA 15243. They would also like to extend a very special thank you to her Hospice nurse Bobbie who went above and beyond in her care for Marie and the entire Daczkowski family.
