Natalie (Dorosa) Drop, 74, of Irwin, passed away Friday, January 31, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 26, 1950 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Maxim and Anne (Matanic) Dorosa. Natalie was a graduate of Temple University with a degree in Anthropology, and also graduated from the Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. She retired as a Registered Nurse. 

She was a Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star, Jeannette Chapter, and a member of the Eastern Star Bluebirds. She is survived by her son Timothy J. Drop, a sister Nadine Dorosa, a brother Maxim Dorosa (Mary), aunt Mary Matanic, and uncle Michael Matanic (Anita).

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 4, at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main St., Irwin. An Eastern Star funeral ceremony will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home followed by the Panachida service at 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 5, in SS. Cyril and Methodius Church, 520 Scott Ave., Jeannette, PA 15644. Those attending the funeral service please go directly to the church. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, Irwin.
