Joseph “Joe” Henry Lawrence, Jr., 71, of McKeesport, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at his home. He was born in Homewood on November 3, 1953, to the late Joseph Henry Lawrence, Sr. and Constance Sidonia Bailey Lawrence. Joe was the loving husband of Catherine A. Turner for 11 years. He is survived by wife Catherine A. Turner of McKeesport, children Crystal (Lee) Hayes of Homestead, Joseph Hale of Pittsburgh, Shaun (Sheila)  Lawrence of New Kensington, Yolanda Lawrence of Seattle, Shane Lawrence of New York, Joseph Lawrence III of Pittsburgh, Anthony Jones of Vandergrift, Willie K. Turner lII of McKeesport, siblings Renee Johnson of Penn Hills, Sabrina Lawrence of California, Keith Lawrence of McKeesport, Eugene Williams of Tarentum, and David Smith of Canonsburg, 20 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 4 sister-in-laws, 5 brother-in-laws, as well as many nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his parents, siblings Todd Lawrence, Albert Brown, Ronnie Brown, Gerald Brown, and Michelle Lawrence. He was previously employed as a CDL truck driver and also worked and was certified in security and was trained and certified in wastewater protection. He loved playing chess, and dressing up his Cadillac’s. Arrangements have been entrusted to I.M FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 203 4th St, Dravosburg, PA 15034.
