Julius Martin Panico, age 77 of North Huntingdon, passed away on June 5, 2025, at his home. He was born on June 30, 1947, in McKeesport, a son of the late Antonio and Rose Giganti Panico. Julius was a graduate of McKeesport High School and later did mechanical and auto body work. For the majority of his career, he was employed as a boiler maker by George Marker and Sons. He later went into sales at CS&E from where he retired. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, riding his motorcycle, boating and working on cars. In addition to his parents, Julius was preceded in death by two brothers, Anthony and Robert Panico, three sisters, Doris Crammer, Gloria Hockenberry and Joan Morris. He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Haberjak Panico, two daughters, Lisa Panico Jackson (Bill), Wendy Lieberum (Eric), and two grandchildren, Isabella and Raelynn Lieberum. Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon on from Monday 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in McKeesport Versailles Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Julius's name to Redstone Hospice, DCI Dialysis Clinic of Jeannette, or the Hillman Cancer Center. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com
