Charles George Kapcin, age 74, of North Huntingdon, PA, died peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. He was born in Braddock, PA, on October 29, 1950, and is the son of the late Charles A. and Lura Jeannine Leckey Kapcin. He enjoyed playing guitar, blues music, rock and roll music, and Harley Davidson Motorcycles. He was an active member of the Pitcairn Monroeville Sportsman Club.
Charles is survived by his beloved wife of thirty six years, Janine J. Petroski Kapcin of North Huntingdon, PA; daughter Sonya Jeannine Kapcin of Penn Hills, PA; sisters, Karen (Samuel) Pelchar of Oak Ridge, TN; Lori (Dennis) Butler of North Huntingdon, PA; and Joy Puskaric Pitcairn, PA; brothers, Jay (Kathy) Kapcin of North Huntingdon, PA; and Joe (Linda) Kapcin of Pitcairn, PA; his beloved buddy and dog, Scooty; many nieces; nephews; and longtime friends.
In addition to his parents, Charles is preceded in death by his beloved dogs, Lucky Boy; and Bailey Black Jack Balboa Bichon.
