Joan T Dilts, age 89 of North Huntingdon, passed away on September 13, 2025, at her home. She was born on April 20, 1936, in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Guerino Teti and Matilda DeMarino Smith. Joan was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, the Christian Mothers and the Emerald Club. She was also a member of AARP 3221. Joan graduated from McKeesport High School Class of 1954. In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur Dilts, her son Edward Joseph Phillips Jr. and her granddaughter, Angela Phillips. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Phillips (Patti), and Christopher Dilts (Christine), three daughters, Linda Paranick (Donald), Sharon Melani (David), and Carole Sever, one brother Angelo Teti (Phyllis), one sister, Rose Beeson. She was the beloved grandmother to 18 grandchildren, Jenna Belyea (Benjamin),Tara Valentino (Nicholas), Rachel Cunningham (Jeremy), Adam Paranick , Sean Melani (Brittany), Teri Grumski (Joshua), Mark Phillips (Amy), Paul Phillips (Lauren), Mary Sampey (Andrew), Michael Matta (Toni) , Connor Phillips (Cailie) Elizabeth Chiodo (Alessandro), Thomas Sever III, Jacob Sever, Derrick Dilts (Rachel), Harrison Dilts, Dalton Dilts. She adored her 20 great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the JAMES W. SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, on Thursday from 2-8 PM. A funeral Mass will take place in St. Agnes Church on Friday at 12:30 p.m. with interment to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
