Richard Michael Slutzky, Sr., age 64, of Canonsburg, PA, died on Sunday, October 5, 2025. He was born in Whitehall, PA, on December 1, 1960 and was the son of the late Edward J. and Nancy Grace Gunnell Slutzky. He was a member of the United States Army.

Richard is survived by his son; siblings; and many nieces and nephews.
