Flora E. Waugaman, 100, peacefully on January 15, 2017. Daughter of the late Frank and Bertha Berlin Waugaman; aunt of Richard Owens (Karla), Rodney Croyle (Becky), Gregory Croyle (Debbie), Shaun Croyle, and Judy Stoves (Dave); sister of the late Sarah Owens, Eleanor Waugaman, and Franklin Waugaman. Flora was a 1935 graduate of Norwin High School and retired from Brinks Armored Transport. She was a lifelong resident of Irwin and a member of First United Church of Christ, Irwin.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the William Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200, with Pastor Cindy Holmquist, officiating.
