Milan Puskaric, age 89 of Versailles, passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 in Excela Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg. Born February 25, 1928 in Ogulin, Croatia, he was a son of the late Frank and Mariia (Centinjanin) Puskaric.
Milan worked at both US Steel's National Tube Works in McKeesport and drove school buses for Norwin School District, and he was a member of the CFU Lodge #146 in Versailles and the Boston Vets. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Rita J. (Pomycala) Puskaric, his daughter Denise Puskaric of Versailles, and also nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son David Puskaric and his brothers Frank, Mat, and Dragan Puskaric. Friends will be received in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, 4504 Walnut St., Versailles Boro, McKeesport, PA 15132 (412-678-3454) on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 10 AM in Divine Redeemer Motherhouse, Elizabeth Twp., with Fr. Thomas Kirby officiating.
