Marjorie G. Shiner Sykes, 80, passed away March 13, 2017 in Excela Health Westmorland with her family by her side. She ws born October 19,1936. She was the daughter of the late Edwin P. and Ilene (Irwin) Shiner.  She was a retired Kindergarden teacher with 34 years of service in the McKeesport Area School District. She enjoyed spending her winters in Arizona and gardening in her yard at home. She will be missed by her loving husband William and brother Edwin P Shiner and wife Melanie and her sister Elayne P. Suskalo and husband Gene.

There is no visitstion. A memorial gathering will take place in the chapel of New St. Joseph Cemetery, North Versailles Pa. on Monday March 20, 2017 at 1:00pm. The William H. Craig Funeral Home, Inc., 412-672-9636, is handling the arrangments. In Lieu of Flowers the family is suggesting that contributions be made in Marjorie's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
