Josephine Klapak, 85, of North Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 at Stone Brook Manor.

She was born July 2, 1931, a daughter of the late Tito and Jennie Valenti Vitelli.  Prior to her retirement, Josephine was a clerk for Action Hardware.  She was a member of St. Agnes Parish, North Huntingdon and Hahntown Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John A. Klapak; and sisters, Kate and Annie.  She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews; extended family, Rebecca and Calvin Tomanda, Jennifer Henry and her husband, Carl, Jason Tomanda and his wife, Alexis; brother, Tom Vitelli; and sister, Rose Mary Orlando.  A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Agnes Church, North Huntingdon.  Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, North Versailles, PA.  Arrangements made by the James W.
