William C. Kramer, 77, of Irwin, passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2016. He was born March 30, 1938 in Irwin, a son of the late William C. and Anna (Olshesky) Kramer. He was a Navy veteran that worked as a check printer for Delux Checks based in Cleveland, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death his brother Joseph Kramer and a sister Betty Miller. He is survived by his sister Barbara Lewis of Manor; and loving niece and nephews Jerilyn “Jeri” Lewis, James (Suzie) Lewis and Mark Lewis. No visitation or service.
