Louise M.Tarsala, 88, of North Huntingdon, passed away Thursday, May 11, 2017.

She was born April 3, 1929 in Braddock, PA, a daughter of the late Michael and Sophia Bombik Mazik.  Louise was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, North Huntingdon and the Christian Mothers. She enjoyed crocheting and knitting and loved spending time in the mountains.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Tarsala in 2014; sister, Dorothy Dow; niece, Denise Dow; and nephew Robert Dow.  She is survived by her nephew and caregiver, Ron Tarsala and his wife, Martha; and numerous nieces nephews.  Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA on Sunday from 3-7 p.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church with Fr.
