Dolores E. (McCoy) Ruffner, 87, of Adamsburg, died Friday May 19, 2017. She was born March 23, 1930 in Bridgeport, a daughter of the late David A. and Elva (Hatfield) McCoy Jarvis. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Alfred B. Ruffner. She is survived by her sons Alfred “Gene” Ruffner and his wife Barb of Fairfax, VA, and David Ruffner of Adamsburg, and her grandchildren Jana, Leslie, and Timothy Ruffner.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the William Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will follow at 8 p.m. with Pastor Tony Collura officiating.
