Howard W. Prezel, age 97, of Dravosburg, died February 20, 2016. He was born in Pittsburgh on September 25, 1918 and is the son of the late Charles and Emma Jones Prezel. Howard was the loving husband of the late Margaret Herreran Prezel. He worked as a sign painter at Helderlein Signs and was an employee of Haines Supermarket. He was also a proud member of Corpus Christi church.

He is survived by sons; Thomas M. (Linda) Prezel of Bethel Park, James H. (Jean) Prezel of Gainsville, GA; daughter Virginia (Bill) McCombs of Duquesne, seven grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by siblings; Evelyn Worthington, Dorothy Scott, and Robert Prezel. 

Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski-supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Monday from 4-8 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday 10 am at Corpus Christi Church with Father Michael J. Maranowski officiating. Burial will follow.
