James "Scotty" Panchura, age 54, of West Elizabeth, passed away on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at home. He was a truck driver for Lehigh Hanson in Pittsburgh. He was a member of Teamsters 249 and enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Road King and spending time with his granddaughters and family. 

Born July 16, 1962 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Michael and Mary Louise (Strongish) Panchura. He is survived by his fiancee, Michele Worrell of West Elizabeth; sister, Chris (Paul) Harnagy of Wexford; brother, Dan (Linda) Panchura of Maryland; stepdaughter, Ami (Scott) Magill of West Elizabeth; stepsons, Mike (Leigh) Hasson of Jefferson Hills and Patrick (Brenna Stoffel) Hasson of West Elizabeth; granddaughters, Amanda and Alaina Magill; also, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Mark Panchura. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 South Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Saturday, July 15, 2017 from 1 PM until the time of service at 3 PM in the funeral home chapel with Chaplain Larry Coltura officiating.
