Russell C. Fretz, age 47 of Port Vue, passed away in his home on Friday, July 28, 2017. Born December 29, 1969 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Robert H. and Jerene M. (Conrad) Fretz.

Russell worked most recently as a clerk at Dollar General, and is survived by his siblings David T. (Vicki) Fretz and Barbara Jean Douglas, both of Port Vue, and also nieces and nephews.
