Anthony R. Giacchino, 30, of Penn Township, passed away Friday, August 25, 2017 at Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville.

He was born July 7, 1987 in Monroeville, a son of Mark and Carla Giacchino.  Tony was a graduate of Penn Trafford High School and enjoyed music.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by his two brothers, Vincent and Salvatore; paternal grandmother, Anita Giacchino; maternal grandfather, Francis Cushion; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon on Monday from 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-7:30 p.m. with a funeral service to be held at 7:30 p.m in the funeral home chapel. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com.
