JOANN (ALGERI) KOLODZIEJ FORGEY
Age 60, of West Mifflin, on October 4, 2017. She was a daughter of the late William and Grace (Berwick) Algeri. She enjoyed making crafts and doing word puzzles. She was the wife of the late Richard Kolodziej and the wife of David V. Forgey; mother of Keri (Edward) Burgwin of Clairton, PA and Kristi (Richard) Smith of Whitaker; grandmother of Rodney Burgwin, Edrea Burgwin, Kiara Burgwin and Preston Smith; sister of the late William (surviving spouse, Irene) Algeri of West Mifflin. There will be no visitation. Friends and relatives are invited to a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial  at Holy Name Church of Christ the Light of the World Parish on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at 10 a.m., Reverend Thomas Lewandowski officiating.
