Carol (Holliday) Dodd, 70, of Elizabeth, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at home. She was a member of the Elizabeth United Methodist Church, the proprietor of Porky’s Pizza in Elizabeth and had previously worked at the Hilltop Dari Delite in Jefferson Hills.

Born February 24, 1947 in Lock Three, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth and Elsie (Sharpnack) Holliday and wife of the late Paul R. Dodd. She is survived by a daughter, Traci (David Clinger) Yavoich of New Bethlehem; sons, Mark Dodd of Elizabeth and David (Lisa) Heerdt of Riverview, FL; grandchildren, Lindsay (Chris) Indof of Collinsburg, Tim “TJ” Yavoich of Elrama, Jake, Jonah and Speyer Heerdt of Florida; great-grandchild, Hunter Indof; sisters, Shirley Pust of Pleasant Hills, Gayle (Ed) Bleil of Forward Twp., and Cindy (Tony) Dusi Theodori of Uniontown; brothers, Thomas Holliday of Richmondville, NY, Kenneth “Lynn” (Ginny) Holliday of Lincoln Borough, David Holliday of Elizabeth Twp., Rick (Norma) Holliday of Elizabeth, Micky Holliday of Elizabeth and Scott (Sharon) Holliday of Elizabeth Twp.; also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth, on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Dr. J. LaVon Kincaid Sr. officiating.
