Kathleen E. Conley, age 70, of North Huntingdon, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018 at Excela Health Westmoreland.
She was born March 1, 1947 in McKeesport, daughter of the late Robert and Angela Carr. Kathleen taught special needs children for the Western State Hospital in Canonsburg, was a religious education teacher, and cooked for the chancery and convent. She was a parishioner of St. Edward Church, Herminie and was a volunteer for St. Agnes Bazaar. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, traveling, buying jewelry, shopping, going out for lunch and especially loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Edward Conley; son, Dr. Sean Conley and his wife, Lori; daughter, Shannon Bresnan and her husband, Chris; grandchildren, Leah, Daniel, Matthew, Dylan, Joseph, Madison; and great-grandchildren, Brianna and Greyson. Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon on Wednesday 4-8, Thursday 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Edward Catholic Church, Herminie, PA.
