Leon W. Barclay, 89, of Elizabeth, passed away in his home on Monday, March 21, 2016. He was a retired bricklayer for Bricklayers Local #9, member of Elizabeth Loyal Order of Moose and Army veteran of World War II. Born February 24, 1927 in McKees Rocks, he was a son of the late William and Emily (Ferraton) Barclay and husband of the late Elizabeth "Lib" (Beattie) Barclay.

Leon is survived by a daughter, Lee (Roy) Hartmann of Upper St. Clair; son, Robert (Judy) Fisher of Fairborn, OH; grandchildren, Cathy Hartmann of Mt. Lebanon, Jason (Lisa) Fisher of Beaver Creek, OH and Matthew (Cathy) Fisher of Mt. Dora, FL; great grandchildren, Jesse, Anna and Clair Fisher; sister, Frances Maass of Hollywood, FL; nieces and nephews and girlfriend, Charlene Dotson of Elizabeth. Friends were received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 N. 2nd.
