Alba C. (Ghiglietti) Fallas, 83, of North Huntingdon, died Wednesday March 23, 2016. She was born January 27, 1933 in Jeannette, a daughter of the late James J. and Jean (Rizzardi) Ghiglietti and was also preceded in death by her husband Edward T. Fallas and a granddaughter Maria Lynn Koval. She was a retired employee of Westmoreland Computer Services / EDS, Greensburg, and a member of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Irwin. She enjoyed working outside with her flowers and was an avid Steelers and Penguins fan but she mostly enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Debra L. Gresh and her husband Barry of Revloc and Donna J. Dysert and her husband Scott of Gibsonia; grandchildren, Zak and Ben Koval and Elena and Maria Dysert; a brother, Jerome Ghiglietti and his wife Margaret Ann of Sarasota, FL; a brother in law, Alfie Fallas and his wife Barb of Harrison City; nieces and a nephew; also dear friends, Mary Ann Murtha and Ed Galbreth. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the William Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200. Parting prayers will be held at 9 A.M. Wednesday in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 9:30 a.m. in the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Interment will follow in Brush Creek Cemetery.
