William R. Waugaman, 82, of North Huntingdon, died Thursday August 23, 2018. He was born March 7, 1936 in North Irwin, a son of the late William and Blanche (Ralph) Waugaman and was also preceded in death by siblings Es Fohner, George Rain, Russell Rain, and Loretta Waugaman. Bill was a fifty year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Worker’s, Local #5 and a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Irwin. He was a life member of Irwin Sportsman’s Club and liked to hunt and fish. He was a NASCAR fan and a Steelers fan. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Valerie M. (Lakatosh) Waugaman; his children Jodi L. Supko and her husband Jerome and Chad W. Waugaman both of North Huntingdon; his grandchildren Kira Zyvith, and Brady and Travis Waugaman; also nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, with Rev. Dr. Clifton J. Suehr, officiating. Entombment will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
