Norma Prokop Hall Sabol, age 83, of Liberty Borough, died at peace with the Lord on Thursday, September 13, 2018. She was born December 23, 1934 in Port Vue, the daughter of the late Steve and Anna Pavlik Prokop.
Norma worked as an accounts payable clerk for the former R & J Furniture of McKeesport. She enjoyed baking, cooking, reading and watching Pittsburgh sports teams. She loved her family most of all, and family is all she ever really wanted.
Norma was preceded in death by her husband and father of her children, John L. Hall; and her husband, Lawrence Sabol. She is survived by children, John N. (Pattie) Hall of Beaver, Janice L. (Todd) Jaussen of Greenville, Annamarie (Arthur) Campedel of Glassport, and George L. (Nancy) Hall of Belle Vernon; brother, John (Ann) Prokop of North Huntingdon; 17 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, September 17, 2018, from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor 412-678-6177), where services will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 10:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Her son-in-law, Rev. Todd Jaussen will officiate.
