Gertrude (Trudy) A. Parry, 89, of North Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018. She was born, February 21, 1929 in Irwin, a daughter of the late Jacob and Gertrude (Hegg) Gongaware. Trudy was the owner and operator of Gongaware and Parry Florist for over 50 years. She was a member of St. Agnes Parish and loved to garden. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Parry Jr.; son, Thomas Parry III; brother, Clair Gongaware; and sisters, Ruth Zook and Gloria Brentzel. She is survived by her son, Jeff Parry and his wife, Denise; daughter-in-law, Jamie Parry; sister, LaVerne Lawler; special niece, Ruth Ann VanDyke; and grandchildren, Jason Parry, Lauren (Paul) Luehres, Justin Parry, Zach Parry; and numerous nieces and nephews.
