Michele Smith, 52, of White Oak, died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015. She was born March 6, 1963, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of Andrew Bokin and the late Ethel Mae Holawaty Bokin; and wife of Carlin G. Smith, all of White Oak. She is survived by her son, Matthew A. (Cassie) Faulds, of White Oak; brothers, Ronald (Cheryl) Faulds, of White Oak, Michael (Agnes) Faulds, of West Mifflin, Paul (Paula) Faulds, of Munhall and Andrew J. Bokin Jr., of White Oak; sister, Lynn Bowen, of White Oak; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received noon to 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, 2015, at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor, 412-678-6177), where service will be held at 4 p.m.
