Cheyrl Sue (Redeker) Ebbitt, 67, of North Huntingdon, passed peacefully with family and close friends by her side Monday, May 2, 2016 at home. She was born October 24, 1948 in Guthrie, OK, a daughter of the late Claude A. and Freda P. (Reed) Redeker and was also preceded in death by her fiancé Bernard O’Bryan. She was a medical technologist for over forty years having retired from Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville. Cheyrl was a 1966 graduate of Norwin High School. Surviving are her children, Kacey C. Ebbitt of White Oak and Zachary J. Ebbitt (Heather) of North Huntingdon; a brother Rick Redeker (Stefanie) of Irwin; also her furry companion Max.

Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the William Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday.
