Harry B. Dixon, 93, of North Huntingdon died Saturday may 28, 2016. He was born April 28, 1923, in Lonaconing, MD, a son of the late Harry B. Sr. and Estelle (Robertson) Dixon and was also preceded in death by his wife Katherine C. (Potosky) Dixon an infant son, and a sister Thelma Dixon. He was a graduate of the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and retired from Westinghouse Electric Corp., O’Hara Township, with forty years’ service.

He was a Navy veteran of WWII, and loved having dinners with his friends from the Gourmet Club, skiing with his children and grandchildren in Colorado as a member of the Alpine 70+ Club, and playing card games with grand
children. He swam a mile and rode his bicycle to the grocery store everyday while living in Florida. There will be no viewing or services. William Snyder Funeral Home Inc., is in charge of arrangements. For online condolences please visit snyderfuneralservices.com.
