Norma Jean Milice, age 83 of Liberty Borough, passed away surrounded by her family on Saturday, May 23, 2020.   Born July 17, 1936 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late William and Agnes (Reitz) Miller.  Norma Jean is survived by her husband Samuel V. Milice; her children Samuel Anthony (Christine) Milice, Cheryl (David) Dujmic, and Debbie (Greg) Swank; her grandchildren Nicole (Michael) Hetrick, Shaun (Alecia) Johnston and Samuel (Jennifer) Johnston, Alexi (Brandon) Darr, and Chelsi and Aubri Swank; her great-grandchildren Samantha Hetrick and Micah Hetrick; her brother Ralph Miller; her sister Katherine Skripkar; and also nieces and nephews.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Patricia Vuchetich.
