Kenneth E. Cosharek, 52, of Pittsburgh, formerly of North Huntingdon, died Saturday June 18, 2016. He was born September 20, 1963 in McKeesport, a son of Frank Cosharek of North Huntingdon and the late Mary Jane (Mlinarchik) Cosharek and was also preceded in death by a brother James J. Cosharek. Ken was employed as a mechanical engineer for Woodings Industrial Corp., Mars.

He was a graduate of Norwin High School, Class of 1981 and also graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He was a musician and enjoyed playing guitar, drums, and keyboard. In addition to his father he is survived by his siblings, Robert (Charlotte) Cosharek of Blairsville, Eileen (Bill) Spevak of Tucson, AZ, William Cosharek of North Huntingdon, and Thomas (Missy) Cosharek of Rillton; also aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the William Snyder Funeral Home Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday.
