Dennis J. Holmes, age 68, of McKeesport, died Friday, August 21, 2020. He was born in McKeesport on June 6, 1952 and is the son of the late Harry H. and Carolyn L. Leger Holmes.

He was employed at UPMC McKeesport for over 35 years. He enjoyed all sporting events, attending music concerts and had a love of travelling. He is survived by his brother, Harry H. Holmes, Jr. of Dravosburg; good friend, Paul Griffin of McKeesport; and cousins.
He is preceded in death by brothers, Kenneth Holmes, Jerry Holmes; and sister, Carolyn Holmes.

Family and Friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177) on Sunday, August 23, 2020 from 1:00 pm- 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm- 6:00 pm, and 7:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, August 24, 2020 at 10:00 am at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services. Burial to follow.
