Barbara Hepner Hunt, 86, of North Huntingdon and originally from West Mifflin died on November 6, 2020 peacefully under Hospice Care at her son and daughter in law’s home with her daughter by her side. She is blessed with five children, Mike Hepner (Jean), Lauren Godby (Jim), Bill Hepner (Mary), Jim Hepner (Chris), Mark Hepner (Caryll), and three grandchildren, Justin (Lauren), Megan, and Shane. She was preceded in death by her first husband George, her second husband Bob Hunt of North Huntington, her sister Eleanor Traverse, brothers K.C and Sam Price, her mother Dorothy DiGiorgio, and her father Michael Hapchuck. She also was loved by many nieces and nephews along with her very large stepfamily from her marriage with Bob. She really enjoyed watching her kids in all their activities and sports, she loved to bowl, play cards, attend church, and loved watching her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers including this season. She will be missed by all as she always put everyone else first and taught us how to tell it like it is.

Friends will be received on Sunday, November 8, 2020 from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm. at Striffler’s of White Oak Cremation & Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor 412-678-6177). Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Church, West Mifflin, on Monday, November 9, 2020 at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Lebanon Church Cemetery. Please practice all social distancing guidelines.

Remembrances can be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Barbara’s name.
