Gary Bongartz, 71, of Santa Monica, CA, formerly of North Huntingdon, died Tuesday November 3, 2020, at home. He was born June 7, 1949 in McKeesport, the son of Joseph and Sophie (Poohar) Bongartz. Gary received a master’s degree from Penn State University and retired from teaching in California public schools. He is survived by his sister Heidi Bongartz and several cousins. Viewing and services were private.
