Harry J. "Joe" Williams, age 75, of Washington, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020 at Washington Hospital. He retired after 38 years as a laborer for West Elizabeth Lumber Co. He was a member of the Washington Council for the Blind and the Washington Lions Club, and he enjoyed hunting. Born December 16, 1945 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Joseph and Mary Jane (Bickerton) Williams. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Wanda J. (Wall) Williams; stepdaughter, Debbie (Dan) Fine of New Eagle; step-grandchildren, Ryan Fine of New York City and Amber (Collin) Maxwell of Monongahela; step-great-grandchild, Addie Maxwell; sisters, Margaret Campbell of Rostraver, Betty Jane (Donald) Coltogirone of North Huntingdon and Mary Ellen Sulesky of North Huntingdon; brother, Gary (Margaret) Williams of West Elizabeth; sister-in-law, Sherryl Wall of Roscoe; also, nieces and nephews.
