Harry J. "Joe" Williams, age 75, of Washington, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020 at Washington Hospital. He retired after 38 years as a laborer for West Elizabeth Lumber Co. He was a member of the Washington Council for the Blind and the Washington Lions Club, and he enjoyed hunting. Born December 16, 1945 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Joseph and Mary Jane (Bickerton) Williams. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Wanda J. (Wall) Williams; stepdaughter, Debbie (Dan) Fine of New Eagle; step-grandchildren, Ryan Fine of New York City and Amber (Collin) Maxwell of Monongahela; step-great-grandchild, Addie Maxwell; sisters, Margaret Campbell of Rostraver, Betty Jane (Donald) Coltogirone of North Huntingdon and Mary Ellen Sulesky of North Huntingdon; brother, Gary (Margaret) Williams of West Elizabeth; sister-in-law, Sherryl Wall of Roscoe; also, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers and sisters. Visitation and services are private. Burial is in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp. Arrangements by the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, Elizabeth. Offer condolences at www.bekavacfuneralhome.com.
