Samantha L. Howard , 49 of Larimer died December 21, 2020 at Forbes Regional Hospital. She was born April 1, 1971 in Tampa Florida and grew up in Greensburg. She was the daughter of the late George Rouse and Carole Knight Rouse. Samantha was formerly employed as a nurse's aide. She was a member of Calvary Church. She loved music, reading, and was a lover of animals. Samantha received an Associate Degree in Medical Administration from Ashworth College. She was also a Mary Kay consultant and worked at West Penn Hospital at Hillman Cancer Center. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her beloved husband Shaun Howard, one son Arthur and one brother George Rouse. There will be no public visitation.
