Ronald D. Mallozzi, age 78 of Clairton, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, December 24, 2020. Born November 14, 1942 in McKeesport, he is the son of Louise (Cola) Mallozzi of Clairton and the late Dominick Mallozzi, Jr. A graduate of Penn State University, Ronald retired as an engineer at Bettis National Labs, West Mifflin, and was a member of Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Clare of Assisi Church, Clairton. Besides his mother, he is survived by his sister Nancy (Larry) Toth of Elizabeth Twp., nephew Michael (Renee) Toth, great-nephews Alex and Joey Toth, and many cousins. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his sister Phyllis (Mallozzi) Petros.

Friends will be received in the A.J. Bekavac Funeral Home, 555 5th. St., Clairton, PA 15025 (412-233-5700) on Monday, December 28, 2020 from 3 PM to 7 PM. Masks are required; CDC and State guidelines will be observed; and social distancing will be enforced on funeral home property. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 10 AM in Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Clare of Assisi Church.
