John J. “Jack” Lentz Jr., age 67, of North Versailles, passed peacefully, at home, with his family by his side, on January 29, 2021. Son of the late John & Cora (Cashman) Lentz Sr., he was born on January 11, 1954, in Pittsburgh. He was employed in the Maintenance Department of West Mifflin School District as a computer technician and was an avid fisherman. He was the husband of Maria “Tonie” (Simon) Lentz; father of Jason (Jennifer) Lentz of West Mifflin, Justin Lentz of West Mifflin, and Jessica Lentz of North Versailles; grandfather of Darian Carneal, Jada Lentz, Jaelyn Lentz and Jacey Lentz, Jemma Ireland; brother of Robert (Mary) Lentz, Mary Elizabeth Lentz, Donald Lentz, and Nancy (Mark) Worthy. 

Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 6-8 p.m., with a time of Service and Reflection at 7:30 p.m., at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 KENEDY AVE., DUQUESNE, 412-466-3300, WILLIAM B. SCHLEIFER-SUPERVISOR, WILLIAM BRIAN SCHLEIFER-FUNERAL DIRECTOR.
